1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Certain items such as perishable goods, intimate products, or personalized items may not be eligible for return.


2. Return Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • In some situations, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit.


6. Late or Missing Refunds
